I love Cracker Barrell but apparently when you order for take out the same customer service does not apply. Scrambled eggs were like rubber and we were shorted 2 extra gravy that we paid extra for. No ketchup, salt or pepper. I would think when the delivery address is a hotel room you would add at least the condiments that are on the table at the restaurant. Very disappointed.
The order was not complete for $100
The Hashbrown Casserole was undercooked. I didn't get the jam for the Strawberry-Stuffed Cheesecake Pancakes and no syrup for my order.
I have never had a bad meal at Cracker Barrel. maybe they got a new cook. My chicken was very dry and the side portions were extremely small. They would not do that if you were dining inside.
Very small serving of apples. Rice was inedible because it was either not fully cooked or, more probably left under a heat lamp too long because it was actually crunchy. The cornbread was grainy and not very flavorful.
I got the Friday Fish Fry. I'msure how you get cod to tastes fishy I couldn't eat it. The Mac and cheese and slaw were ok, butnot great. Even the fried apples were not great.

Nothing seasoned....very bland food
I asked for an extra maple syrup just for them to charge me a $1 something to not even put the extra syrup they charged me for in the bag.
