Pancakes half cooked and cold. This is the 2nd tie they forgot some of my items
Terrible customer service. Tried to order directly inside, but could not get anyone to take order when a cashier ask twice for us. So went outside and ordered through DoorDash. Bad service on letting us know it was ready for us to pick up. Had to ask for assistances again Order was 2 meatloaf with 3 sides. I meal perfect the other meal missing 2 of 3 sides. Have called and left message for manager to contact us.

It's the service inside. Picking up my order is a hassle. The staff is never paying attention. Very chaotic and disorganized in there.
