Biscuits & Gravy with Bacon or Sausage only rceved 2 biscuits when it says 3. bacon was soft 1 slice and requested crisp. Chicken Fried Chicken didn't receive gravy or cornbread and biscuit. dasher of course did not follow instructions and ring doorbell.
The rice was not cooked it was very, very hard unable to eat it.
Dumplings were good but turnip greens tasted old.
Ordered fried okra as a side; didn't get it. Also ordered corn bread; didn't get that either. The portion of corn i got was pathetic; must have been running out.
Don't order the family meals for delivery. Twice I have ordered family meals from Cracker Barrel. Each time they will miss the sides or the entire meal. Example - I ordered the pancake breakfast family meal and they literally only brought pancakes and not the eggs or bacon or hash brown casserole side. I asked for a redelivery because the only refund was door dash credits, and door dash called with someone from the store on the phone who said they wouldn't make the order because of some kitchen issue. It was nasty the grits were watery and the Bacon & Egg Hashbrown Casserole didn't have any flavor
Chicken & Dumplin Soup Bowl only had two tiny bits of dumplings and barely any chicken. Big disappointment.
Buttermilk biscuits were cooked to perfection, but I thought the delivery charge and the service charge were outrageous. Usually, my delivery charge is zero and the service charge is a lot less too. I am a constant customer and deserve a deal. I know the biscuits are only four and that's all I ever get. Do you have good vegetable soup with fresh vegetables in it I might order something else if you do.
The mashed potatoes and corn didn't taste good. Chicken was good
