Very disappointed in my order sliders were very undercooked and pork chop. Dinner was so tough you couldn’t even chew it or cut it and the mashed potatoes tasted like dirt.
They didn't send any jelly or honey for the biscuits. I ordered chicken and dumplings with hashbrown casserole and fried apples. The hashbrown casserole was hard and the apples leaked into the Chicken n' Dumplins. They should put the apples in a separate container so it doesn't do that
The steak was severly undercooked
I order here all the time normally always good not sure if it was because it was late at night.. but just was thrown together and burnt. And I was given syrup that was just disgusting, not the normal.
Looked nothing like picture. bacon half cooked.Eggs overcooked. As always Cracker Barrel makes it clear that online orders mean nothing. I'm done giving them chances to give a quality product for delivery. These days they just SUCK!!
Two small pieces of chicken and no dumplins. I even ordered an extra side of dumplins but not one in the whole meal! Just wasted $20! Chicken n' Dumplins
Corn bread was cold. Chicken wasn't freshly fried
I was very disappointed this time, bkz, I always get the best of chicken from CB, but, whoever cooked the chicken last night was not skilled with the CB traditional style of cooking chicken. My chicken was burned dark brown on the outside as if it had been cooked in old grease, too fast. It was dry on the inside, to the degree, that it was too tough to eat. My broccoli was cold & tough. It was such a let down bkz I chose CB over all the other choices of restaurants that were available to me thru DD. THANK YOU, M.L.
This is the second time I have ordered carry out from here and the second time things where missing from my order. The foods good, but if you can't handle carry out then don't offer it.
