Hamburger steak was one of the greasiest burgers I have had. Also, the Mac and cheese had pieces of something dark, with the consistency of grease, in it. Not at all like their usual fare!
Very disappointed in my order. The driver was waiting for the food a long time and it was 35 minutes past the original delivery time. And the food was lukewarm (not the drivers fault). The carrots were totally bland and not sweet like normal. There were no pecans on my sweet potato. Don't accept doordash orders if you can't deliver good, hot food on time. Baked potato was inedible
Asked for crispy bacon. It was barely cooked. Happens every time. I'm going to stop ordering from Cracker Barrel. No longer have hash brown casserole or hash browns at all.
Order took over 1 hour longer, the Chef Salad was not like it used to be in the store. No cheese slice or anything. The Homestyle Chocolate Chip Cookies are a total waste. They are prepackaged and cold. Not fresh and hard as a rock. The whole order was a total disappointment.
Not a family size cobbler at all. For the price of it I am very disappointed. We got 5 scoops total. Seems like when you order to go they take advantage of your money. No syrup or silverware was brought.
I thought I was getting a Breakfast Sandwich. What I got was a small biscuit...next to it a piece of meat...next to that a cold sunny-side up egg. I thought I was getting a Breakfast Sandwich like they serve at McDonald's. Not even close.
The homestal chicken was dry and over cooked so was the homestal turkey.
