I love Cracker Barrel and this by far was the best service I have ever received. Everyone was attentive and friendly and the food was amazing! I had the strawberry cheesecake stuffed pancakes and they were wonderful. You can tell that they work as a great team at this location in Albany Georgia. I was traveling through and I will definitely be back!
This location SUCKED! They absolutely RUINED my first taste of Cracker Barrel so badly that I may never go back to ANY of them! The rolls were hard as a rock. The service was slow and uncaring! I ordered a steak and grilled shrimp. Steak med rare. Steak was Well done! They were out of the grilled shrimp and brought fried shrimp instead which was way smaller than the picture. I ordered my food to go. It was thrown in the platters and I didn't get the sauce on my eggs I was suppose to get . This is not the first time either. I stopped coming here for a while now. I was attempting to see if things were better. I guess not. I think I'll go back to not coming here again.
We LOVE Cracker Barrel!!! We live an hour away but when we head to Albany, we usually try to stop there to eat. Oreo Cheesecake filled pancakes, they are super sweet but oh so good. Lol.
I ordered a meal online Sunday and my expectations were low because previous orders I had to wait beyond the time that was provided by Cracker Barrel for the food. This time it was excellent. The app said it would be ready at 1:22, I parked at 1:19 and within a couple of minutes my food was delivered and I was off. Good job.
