I ordered my food to go. It was thrown in the platters and I didn't get the sauce on my eggs I was suppose to get . This is not the first time either. I stopped coming here for a while now. I was attempting to see if things were better. I guess not. I think I'll go back to not coming here again.
A Tuesday morning, the place was almost empty. Yet it took over 30 minutes to get us some eggs, pancakes, biscuits, etc. No steaks, nothing complicated. If things were slamming on and SEC championship Saturday and the place was packed, I could imagine taking that long, but this was a bit absurd. Our server wasn't very proactive on the front side to let us know it was going to be slow, or next, etc. But when it did come she recognized the delay. Stop in with a friend quite often for breakfast or lunch. Bring my service dog. This mornings breakfast was fantastic! The servers in the dining room are the Best Ever. We had such a Fantastic time with everyone. Ryan is a Sweetheart as are all the other servers. Thank you for such a Wonderful time with y’all. Will always come back! Great Team, Great Time, Great Experience.
Joanna, Stephanie and Joseph are so amazing at this location! Always taking care of us and the best service even when they are short staffed. Joseph should have been the manager here forever ago! He goes above and beyond to take care of customers! I have seen him come out and help deliver food, correct issues for agitated customers and never lose a smile! I wish i owned a cracker barrel so I could steal him away!
Food is still the same taste, but serving sizes are incredibly small now. The biscuit is the same size as a fork. The hashbrown casserole is two spoonfuls. The French toast is about 1/2 the size it was in the past. Shrinkflation at its finest. This has been the same the last two times we’ve been, I can’t see going back again for the price.
