I ordered an extra syrup and limp bacon and got super crispy bacon and didn't get my extra syrup..... that I paid for to mention too...... and it was all on the receipt! Just poor customer service and not paying any attention!!
they shorted us a biscuit (the biscuit meal comes with 2 not 1) and the ones we did get were burnt and cold. I think the milk has gone off? it smelled and tasted like sour cantaloupe, not milk (did not drink beyond the first taste, hoping that little bit doesn't make me ill). have had quality issues before but not in a while so this was frustrating.

The portions were a little on the low end and they messed up on our drink order. I had a Coke and my wife was supposed to have an iced caramel latte but they sent another Coke instead
Crispy Tender Dippers were gross. Like they were cooked yesterday and reheated today.
House Salad no dressing Onion Petals didnt get the sauce to go with them and were real hard
Stingy with the eggs for almost 20$ meal i expected some eggs
Turkey was dry not fresh barely any gravy and dried up
The seasoned rice was super bland tastes like the water it was cooked not even the slightest taste of salt or anything
