both bowls of Chicken n' Dumplin Soup Bowl were refrigerator cold and our dasher had to wait 20 minutes for our order. I called cracker barrel to complain to a manager but was put on hold for 20 minutes.

very small portion for price Bacon wasn't crispy as ordered .. No napkins or silverware
this was the worst Southern Fried Chicken I've ever had and I'm a frequent buyer. Totally disappointed. SMH

We ordered 2 roast beef dinners. for the first time I've been ordering them, both rb dinners were overcooked to the point we couldn't chew the meat.
The chicken tenders were hard and inedible.
My chicken sandwich was very messy dripping with sauce and I didn't receive my fries with my order . Very disappointed!!
I ordered a Homestyle Chicken Salad and the lettuce was inedible. The bacon on it didn't look cooked either.
