didn't tell me stuff I ordered was out, so it was a surprise after it was delivered. they charged me full price too so that was something I also had to follow up on. I'm not paying full price for stuff I never got.

The dumplings gravy ruined my chicken strips because they packaged them in the same container. Meanwhile the dumplings had LOTS of gravy, but maybe 3 dumplings total in BOTH sides of dumplings. (1 dumpling in one and 2 dumplings in the other). - The pancakes were burned and tasted like burned grill pieces (was basically inedible). They also forgot the butter for the pancakes. - This is the second time Cracker Barrel messed it up. Highly recommend that you don't order from here.

My country friend steak had a tablespoon of gravy on it. Was cold and my baked potato was hard as a rock and they forgot my green beans

I was missing the side of gravy I paid extra for and the bacon and sausage were so overcooked the bacon crumbled and the sausage was hard to cut. Rest of the food was cold.

ordered UNsweet tea. they sent SWEETENED tea. what a waste of my money.

Roast beef was very over done, probably as result of door dash driver taking so long to pick it up.

There always seems to be at least 1 thing wrong with my order. For example: leaving out a side of ranch, mashed potatoes are hard and clumpy, or this time, my extra order of mac n cheese was left out. The kitchen needs to check orders more closely.
