The food was dry and disgusting. I threw it away.
Cracker Barrel has apparently went WAY down in quality. I ordered the pot roast, mashed potatoes, broccoli casserole and turnip greens. The only thing that was worth eating (and was good) were the biscuits. The roast was hard, looked burnt and extremely salty. The broccoli casserole had no flavor and huge hard chucks of broccoli. The turnip greens tastes rancid. It's disappointing because I've always loved Cracker Barrel and haven't eaten there in a while and don't think I ever will again.
I ordered 2 different meals. Both had chicken/dumplings with 2 sides. Only received 1 chicken/dumplings & it didn't even have the sides I ordered. But I was clearly charged for 2 meals!! 2nd time this has happened.!
Country friend steak was disgusting! Not too sure if it was bc it was to go or not but gross non the less. I wouldn't Oder it again. Portion size to-go was lacking and like I said it was gross maybe like they deep fried it again so nothing tasted fresh
Always so happy when we order from you guys , ordered a Biscuit and gravy and got not one biscuit, then ordered corn muffin to go with my meal and that wasn't there ! Mother is definitely not happy about her biscuit and gravy having no biscuit. Hopefully just an off night .
It's not the Cracker Barrel that we got even a year ago. The food has definitely decreased in taste and preparation.
The dumplings were tough and not seasoned. Looks like they had been in the pot all day. The vegetables were cooked. OK but again not seasoned at all. The chicken strips were hard as a rock as well. Could not even eat. I've ordered from Cracker Barrel many many times prior and this was the absolute worst. 
chicken was a little too greasey
The Lil'Barrel Cheeseburgers were very hard and not editable.
