The Hashbrown Casserole Shepherd's Pie was disappointing. It looked nothing like the online picture. There were only 3 carrots. No peas, sour cream, tomatoes or green onions as listed in the description.
my steak is supposed to be medium and it's over cooked like well done and tough. I'll give up on ordering take out steaks from here. it's never right and door dash fuses to refund properly.Steak & Eggs
There was a subsitute for the sausage I asked for , howeverno one called to let me know so they just put something else in there. i called thestore they put me on hold I got hung up on twicethe second time was when I asked to speak to a manager.no answer
Left out my lettuce and put my pickles on top of the bun where made it soggy. I know it's a small thing, but I don't have any at home so it's annoying. But the hashbrowns are delicious so I wish DoorDash had not only a thumbs up or thumbs down. I wish there was a five star option where I can rate them three or four
Biscuits were hard and almost burnt. The ham you could barely cut with a knife it was overcooked, the grits were tasteless, I asked for cheese in them and there was barely a couple shreds and I was charged extra for that. Overall one of the worst meals I have ever had from there.
food was ice cold upon arrival. cornbread muffins were.piping hot. strange. i was 1 mile from the location. Paid for loaded hash brown casserole. container was only half full. same with the gravy. really disappointed.
Food was great but the order wasnt secured in the bag. It was left all open. I appreciate the places that put a sticker over the Togo bag just to ensure no one has accessed your food.
Very disappointed in the portion size for the price paid... more juice than dumplings
All of my food was mixed together. In the divided plate, ever wasswimming in chicken and dumpling broth, making my sides incap to eat.
