The sweet potato was not cooked all the way, chicken tenders was salty,and the biscuit on the biscuit bunny was hard
I did not receive my drink. This has happened more than once. The food was great, but I won't be ordering through DoorDash again.
Portions barely filled the to-go plates. The Chicken n' Dumplins were watery and not a lot of substance.
I have ordered the Chicken fried chicken a few times through door dash and every time the forget the gravy. Otherwise it has been decent.
Normally I'm a big fan of crackerbarrel but it's been several times now that there's been an issue with my order. This time I got the smallest portion of food I've ever received from here... not worth the money.
The mac and cheese is really really good. however i got the hamburger steak. it was very cold and not season very well, also i little soggy and underdone.
The sandwich was slathered with mayo. Completely inedible! The pancakes were soggy and cold. I'm not usually disappointed in Cracker Barrel, but this is the second time my food was off!
Waited almost an hour but they denied my request for a refund. The White Cheddar Cheese Bites were chewy and cold. Would not recommend.
Ordered Grandpa's Country Fried Breakfast and got the country fried steak, loaded hashbrown casserole, eggs over well, and biscuits and gravy. The restaurant is right down the road from my hotel and all the food was cold, the gravy was gelatin, and the hashbrown casserole was just their regular hash rowns with a slice of cheese melted on top with some bacon bits. Have had this meal at other Cracker Barrels and it was delicious. This however, was truly dissapointing.
