Typically I love Cracker Barrel. Today it was an epic fail, which is very disappointing considering this was my first visit back since having surgery. Per usual I ordered the New York Strip, med rare, with scrambled eggs. (My daughter got the exact same thing.) Our steaks came out and were well done! Late entry for the Date: November 2, 2024 We had the pleasure of celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary at Cracker Barrel for breakfast, and the experience was truly unforgettable! The food was typical Cracker Barrel homestyle comfort food. The service from every staff member we encountered was extraordinary. The hostess was genuinely happy and welcoming. Our server was knowledgeable and on top of things even as she was training a new server. The manager checked in to make sure everything Was satisfactory. And finally, the clerk checking us out was so kind and happy as well. The team that was working when we were there all were fantastic.
We love Cracker Barrel! The service is always quick and friendly, the food is delicious and served hot, prices are great too. I am so glad you're keeping the same. That's what gives it its charm and separates it from all the other restaurants.
So, I had a bad experience here. I usually like their fish, but l have never seen anything like this before. They didn't even put in the fish that I like. So, I mean I may just have to stop ordering from here. It really is just not okay. So, I will not be giving them anymore of my service NOR money. Bunch of crap!!! Don't order from this place! It's God awful! Whoever does the orders fire them!!!!! They aren't doing their job correctly!
