The service and the food was great! I was over charged for a shirt It was supposed to be 25% off but I was charged full price. I thought I was being overcharged but the clerk told me she had taken price reductions off both women’s tops I bought. It was late and we were their last customer she placed the receipt in the bag. So we left. This morning I looked at the receipt I did not get my discount.
This was our second visit this month. We are so happy with the food, service, and atmosphere of Cracker Barrel. Both times we had the same waiter. The young man who served us went out of his way to make sure we were happy. Thank you very much!
Basic breakfast. Good that they have call ahead seating. The hash brown steak casserole was good and filling. They change their menu too often and having alcohol and a bar isn’t really on brand for them.
Overall good experience here. The store and restaurant appeared clean and well-maintained. We were sat quickly, but no servers came to our table or even acknowledged us for several minutes. Our savior was Dulce, who saw us and stopped to ask if anyone had taken our order. When we said no, she was very apologetic and offered to take care of us. And that she did!!
