Amazing experience at Cracker Barrel enjoying the Cheese Bites and the BBQ Bacon Smokestack. Service is top-notch. Food is delicious. And the environment feels nice and satisfying.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Cracker Barrel due to poor customer service. I stood at the counter for nearly 15 minutes waiting to place a to-go order, and no one acknowledged me. When I finally spoke up to ask for assistance, I overheard an employee named Darlena talking about me to her other co workers instead of helping me, which was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. The ladies at the front were great. This score was not a reflection of them and or their service. They actually checked on my food several times after noticing I had been there 20+ minutes past my pickup time. I watched 5 orders come out before mine even after being told “it’s coming out now” at 5:30 (pick up your was 5:21). Honestly. I’m just tired of ordering from Cracker Barrel delivery. The cooks put little care into the food and the manager just creates excuses. I order the breakfast bowl all the time and most of the time I order, they put the dish in a plate and I get significantly less food. Every time this happens I call and talk to Ashley and she always have them remake the dish and I swing by after dropping my son off.
