Typically I love Cracker Barrel. Today it was an epic fail, which is very disappointing considering this was my first visit back since having surgery. Per usual I ordered the New York Strip, med rare, with scrambled eggs. (My daughter got the exact same thing.) Our steaks came out and were well done! So, I had a bad experience here. I usually like their fish, but l have never seen anything like this before. They didn't even put in the fish that I like. So, I mean I may just have to stop ordering from here. It really is just not okay. So, I will not be giving them anymore of my service NOR money. Bunch of crap!!! Don't order from this place! It's God awful! Whoever does the orders fire them!!!!! They aren't doing their job correctly!

So my server Kristen was amazing, she was very attentive as she was being sat 3 and 4 times in a row without a 5 minute interval in between sitting those tables. Everything was fine with my sons food what I had gotten was the New York strip and eggs scrambled with cheese now mind you there was a 2$ up charge for the hash browns to be regular instead of casserole. The service and the food was great! I was over charged for a shirt It was supposed to be 25% off but I was charged full price. I thought I was being overcharged but the clerk told me she had taken price reductions off both women’s tops I bought. It was late and we were their last customer she placed the receipt in the bag. So we left. This morning I looked at the receipt I did not get my discount.
