Chicken was not cooked properly
All biscuits were HARD AS ROCK . I getting angry. This is ridiculous. I pay a fortune for good food and this was Awful. $75.00 WASTED
The only hot veggie was my fried apples. Everything else was so cold the gravy was so nasty cold. The potatoes had hardened and the gravy was hard as well.
Waited well over an hour for this order. After 30 minutes the first dasher left. Don't blame him. Our final dasher had to wait also, 40 minutes! Thankfully, he went above and beyond in customer service and communication. Then when we did finally get our order, the Hashbrown Casserole was old and cold. No fault of DoorDash, this was a Cracker Barrel problem.
Ive ordered multiple times from them and every time something is missing.
Cold and smallest portions I have ever had from there
I order country fried it tasted like chicken .it tasted like it was ruined .didn't taste right nor the gravy .I found out middle way my potatoes there a black hard round thing in it .I stopped eating the beans an Mac was OK. also no butter or anything to eat it with good think I'm at home . .I never had problem with there food before till now should orderd breakfast .all that money on something can't eat .
our order was not right. we order a whole pie and got a slice. one order was suppose to have bacon macaroni and cheese was not sent and we ordered country fried steak and they didn't even put the gravy on the steak. Cracker Barrel you need to rake your time and make sure all orders are correct before the leave the premises.
