I ordered the Double Chocolate Fudge Coca-Cola® Cake to take to a get together and while it was delicious, it was literally cut into individual pieces and dumped upside down in a to go container. The presentation was very disappointing.
The food is always good, but sometimes they leave off ingredients. We ordered the Steak n' Egg Hashbrown Casserole and it came without the fried onions, tomatoes, and green onions. This has happened a couple of times now.
scramble eggs were not scramble.. bacon was not crispy. biscuits were great. gravy was great, no flat ware..
Did not receive the corn muffins. The chicken strips tasted like they were days old. Tough, dry and like jerky. Terrible. The baked potato was not fully cooked. Probably the worst meal I've ever had from there.
Chicken n' Dumplings were over salted.

All biscuits were HARD AS ROCK . I getting angry. This is ridiculous. I pay a fortune for good food and this was Awful. $75.00 WASTED
The only hot veggie was my fried apples. Everything else was so cold the gravy was so nasty cold. The potatoes had hardened and the gravy was hard as well.
Waited well over an hour for this order. After 30 minutes the first dasher left. Don't blame him. Our final dasher had to wait also, 40 minutes! Thankfully, he went above and beyond in customer service and communication. Then when we did finally get our order, the Hashbrown Casserole was old and cold. No fault of DoorDash, this was a Cracker Barrel problem.
