I was running a little late, due to a traffic backup on I69, and your office called as I was getting out of my car in the parking lot. The technician on the phone was still leaving e a voice mail as I walked in the door. We had a nice laugh about this. Both the tech and the doctor were friendly and asked if I had any concerns with my teeth. You gave me the feeling you really cared about my health.
