Dr. Arrive and staff always give the best care possible. I always get in on time and feel like I am given all the time needed for whatever procedure I go in for. My appointments never feel rushed and I feel they genuinely give me their time while I am there. I really appreciate their approach to dentistry. My hygienist did an excellent job cleaning my teeth—she was thorough. Dr. Arive carefully checked everything, which I appreciate!!. They both took time to listen and made me feel like I was more than just another mouth! 😊 (I enjoyed the background music, too!)
Professional and attentive.
I was running a little late, due to a traffic backup on I69, and your office called as I was getting out of my car in the parking lot. The technician on the phone was still leaving e a voice mail as I walked in the door. We had a nice laugh about this. Both the tech and the doctor were friendly and asked if I had any concerns with my teeth. You gave me the feeling you really cared about my health.
