The technician on the phone was still leaving e a voice mail as I walked in the door. We had a nice laugh about this. Both the tech and the doctor were friendly and asked if I had any concerns with my teeth. You gave me the feeling you really cared about my health.

My exam and cleaning went smoothly. My hygienist and Dr. Arive always make it a pleasant experience with personalized attention. Unfortunately, the office staff seemed a bit harried. A smile and a "have a great day" as I checked out would have made it a very special five-star experience!
