I was welcomed at the door and warmly received inside. My temperature was taken, and the appointment began. Both the Dr. and his assistant put me at ease. The procedure was thoroughly explained, and each step was likewise explained as it was executed. The business part was explained and I was asked whether or not it was acceptable. It was seamless from beginning to end.
