There was some miscommunication with Criag around closing costs and disclosure of those total costs to both Kevin and me. Also, Title Guaranty Escrow Services, LLC provided unsatisfactory service. They made mistakes on names a couple times which resulted in needing to have some of the closing docs reprinted during signing. They also delayed disbursement of funds to Frank Rebelo Miholer due to their lack of knowledge and preparation for wire transfer.

We are greatful for the outcome, but the process was frustrating. Throughout the process, we felt as though we had to defend our job status, and legitimate bills. A lot of that seems to be from having answered questions, only to be find out the question wasn't addressing what really was needed. More needs to be done to support clients in using the online capabilities, that either wasn't intuitive or didn't provide appropriate interaction because of a browser setting.
