I can’t say enough good things about Craig and Danielle, they were a pleasure to work with, not to mention Craig was always available to answer ALL of our questions and ensure we fully understood every step of the process. As a first time home buyer not knowing much they made buying a home a stress free experience! Would recommended them 10/10 times!!

Craig was an amazing mortgage lender from the very beginning. We wanted to purchase a home quickly and Craig was able to get us preapproved in 2 days so we could start looking. I had so many questions and Craig was nice enough to not only give me him email and phone number but his cell phone number as well! I was able to text him with questions! Craig was awesome throughout our whole process. As a first time homebuyer my husband and I had no idea what we were doing, Craig was always available to answer any questions we had. We had a little bit of complicated situation but he sure know all the answer and was always there to help. This is my second time buying a house and I am pleased to say that Craig and Danielle exceeded my expectations both times. The process was smooth and easy, and most of ORGANIZED. I always knew where we were in the process and what was required of me. Although it was a difficult situation, Craig and danielle made the situation seem easy!

Prior to speaking with Craig I had been told from several other lenders that it would be impossible to get approved for a mortgage on the home I wanted to buy. After speaking to Craig, he walked me through exactly what I needed to do in order to get approved and he followed through with all of his promises from day one. I highly recommend Craig to anyone who is looking to buy a home. He truly cares about his clients and he is a man of his word!

He is too good for his job. He is professional and works all day to complete the process quickly. He worked hard and whatever deadlines client gives, he will try to complete as soon as he can. That doesn’t mean he skips some of the process, he is detailed and accurate in the work.

My personal home loan was a bit complicated due to the nature of companies owned and derivations of income. Danielle and Craig were pros and got the loan done on time as promised. I had backups going at the same time at conventional banks, and none of them got the deal done as quickly as Craig and Danielle!
