When we started looking for our first home, we were nervous this being our first time applying for a mortgage. We didn't know what to expect. Craig and his team walked us through the process seamlessly. Their responses was always timely, and answered all our questions. We expected the process to be difficult and stressful, and we were pleasantly surprised by how smooth it all went. Craig actually made the experience fun! Craig and his team did a fantastic job getting my mortgage commitment ahead of schedule with no delays and very minimal back and forth. They also helped me through a difficult purchase by extending my rate lock due to seller related delays. I was expecting the mortgage to be the most difficult part of the purchase, but it was by far the easiest and smoothest experience.
