Craig Labruno and his entire team was extremely professional and timely with all requests. I was a first time homebuyer and had a lot of simple and complicated questions. Craig answered them promptly and did not make me feel stupid for asking any questions, he made me feel comfortable and made sure I was informed when making all decisions. I could not thank the entire team enough for their help during this process.
Craig worked with us over a few months while closing on our investment property. He was always available when we needed him and was quick to respond when I reached out with my numerous questions. We will happily use him again in the future!!
Craig worked with us in our mortgage on 2019 when we first purchase our house and it was great. With the current low interest rates we decided to reach out to him again to refinance as we had a great experience before. This time again everything worked out perfectly, great rates as before. All his team are knowledgeable and help with everything through out the process. Everything was done in time, my husband and I couldn’t be more satisfied.
Craig and the rest of the team did an amazing job getting us a mortgage and making sure that we got to closing on time. I had dropped the ball and started the process late. Other companies were telling me that I wouldn’t be able to close until February, but Craig was able to get it done for the original January 11th closing date, and with a great rate.
