Once I found my home, he and his team worked efficiently to ensure that my finances were in order and my mortgage was approved with ease. Craig and his excellent team were step by step holding our hands through an arduous financing process. The detail they managed and successfully submitted was herculean. They go the extra mile. Personally, my favorite thing they did--a small thing--was to send us personalized update videos as we progressed through each step of the process. It was the detail touches of this nature that made working with Craig and his team so great.
