Had a very pleasant experience at my first appointment with Dr. Patel! He and his staff were all friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and caring. I actually felt "listened" to and wasn't rushed at all. In fact, they stayed late in order to save us an additional trip for orthotic exams (seven hour round trip drive for us). Yes, we traveled seven hours!
