After recommendations from family and friends we decided to go over to Creative Floors in Casselberry. I’m glad that we did. Carl our salesperson was wonderful to work with . I am so very please with my beautiful hardwood floors. Carl has been wonderful throughout this process. Although it took me nearly two years to make a decision, he was always patient and kind with me. Phase One was completed in October 2020 which included all of the main rooms in our home, the living, dining, entry way and family room. Creative Floors just finished my second project. First was engineered wood in Longwood, FL, several years ago. The crew did a fantastic job on the install after Carl Bourland guided me through the selection process. The second job was just completed in a condo on the Atlantic Ocean, in Ponce Inlet. Don't go to the big box stores, go to Creative Floors. A friend suggested them and I am so glad he did. I have been working with Carl Bourland at Creative Floors for some remodeling projects I wanted to do. He found the right tile for my backsplash in the kitchen. What was I thinking? I had went to Lowe’s to get carpet but they weren’t so clear on their process and I found out it would be three weeks before an installer could get my carpet in. That wouldn’t work because we were trying to get our house on the market by the following weekend. Creative Floors rep, Bob Hapka, Made things happen. He got us the carpet we loved, the price we could work with, and installed on the day we needed. The installers were clean, quick ,and super efficient.
