This is my second job that I had done by Creative Floors Casselberry and as the last the perfect experience. Creative has a great selection of carpeting and other flooring and very knowledgeable and helpful. Bob was great keeping me abreast of expected installation dates and the rest of the team could not have been nicer to work with. The installers were top notch. HUGE shout out to Bob Hapka and the team at Creative Floors! I’m so impressed, as the process was pretty painless. Bob helped with recommendations and we got exactly what we asked for. The installation crew was professional and worked very hard to complete this job. Fair price and great process. Many thanks from this extremely happy customer! Now I have to get to work painting my new baseboards.
On a whim, we decided to stop by Creative Floors to see what they had to offer as we searched for a new flooring company. We're sure glad we did. Bob Hapka guided us in all the right directions and their prices worked just right for our budget. Both the flooring and carpet installers were very professional, helpful and did a great job! I've already recommended them to a couple people and will certainly keep them in mind if we need to use them again!
We’ve had a tile back splash and fire place tile work done through Bob Hapka with Creative Floors in the past, so when it came time to choose new tile flooring for our house, we knew it was Bob Hapka that we would call, and he did not let us down! He helped us pick the right wood look tile and perfect grout. He also got us the best tile crew to do the work and it was all done on time. It looks amazing! We are loving our new floors! We needed carpet replaced in three of our bedrooms. I did some research and found that Creative Floors came highly rated. I, also, saw on a Facebook page that recommended Creative Floors, specifically, Bob Hapka, as he lives in Apopka as do we. So, we visited the store in Casselberry and was not disappointed. I first discovered Creative Floors back in 2003 when I was looking for flooring for our kitchen. After visiting many other stores that didn't seem interested in my business, I happened to drive by Creative Floors and was impressed with their selection and friendly service. I bought my kitchen floor from them and installed it myself. Average Installation, had better, had worse.
We had been looking for new flooring for our kitchen for some time. When we entered the Creative Floors location in Casselberry we knew we were at the right place to solve our flooring needs. There was a much larger selection than anyplace else we had shopped, and Carl did an outstanding job providing information without pushing us to decision. We had a warranty issue with some carpet that needed to be re-stretched after almost two years after installation. The installer showed up on time and did a great job. Our carpet looks better than ever.
