Awful!!! The basically killed my dog for the lack of concern! This place was recommended by my sister because they take their dog there. So I decided to bring my dog Charlie in for a Check up with Dr. Tran. He ends up telling me my dog has diabetes and that I need to give him insulin. Told me to come back two weeks later to see his progress, I told him I would be out of town that week and he told me it would be fine to bring him in after I come back from being out of town. We’ve been taking our dogs there for a few 5-6 yrs now and never had any issues. Today HUGE problems!!! HUGE!! They know that one of my dogs has big anxiety issues when it comes to her feet. They have KNOWN this for years! YEARS!! They also know there is a technician that works well with my dog. Well today was nail trimming down.
