Had the worst experience today at Creature Comfort with Dr. Emily Zuber- My mom has a 10 year old English bulldog, Roscoe, he was rushed to the emergency vet last night with numerous issues. Roscoe wouldnt lay down, constantly panting, part of his face was hanging- he looked like he had a stroke. He won’t put much weight on his back legs, they buckle underneath him. MURDER!!! DO NOT TRUST "DR" JUSTIN TRAN!!! I have held off this review for months, while talking to others and trying to find solace in this circumstance. But I have only come to realize now, that there is no longer any doubt, that my family was wronged in this situation. Me and my wife brought our elderly chihuahua, Lily, to Creature Comfort for an upset hernia. We were then pressured by Dr. Justin Tran to bring Lily in for a $1700 surgery. Losing a pet is one of the most difficult experiences to go through. This office did not call us when the remains were ready for pickup. They did not provide the cremation services our information, so they could reach out like they told us they would . When we call to find out after a week and a half how things were going they told us that are pet could not be found. Unfortunately our third party vendor was not able to contact you because we had the incorrect phone number. We offer our sincerest apologies during this sad time.
My dog was boarded here for 5 days and when we picked him up he was dirty. His fur was wet with urine and poo stains on his legs and butt. His paws had poo stuck in it like he had been stepping on it. His back was hunched over, and he was just not happy and he was in pain too. I will NEVER put him through that again. If you love your animal, DO NOT bring them to Creature Comfort. There is no comfort in their services. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
