I have tried to use this app to pay my car payment for 2 months now, and it's still not working. I don't want to pay a fee. So can you people please fix this app.
APP DOESN'T WORK
The app worked great for a while but at some point it stopped working... Not sure exactly when or why, I just tried to sign in one day to check my balance and it wasn't working and hasn't been working for months. It just keeps telling me to connect to the internet when I am connected. I have read so many unhappy customer reviews and I'm wondering why on earth they aren't fixing their mobile app and their website to give their customers pleasant experiences!!
Can't even get the code and put it in. Can't make a payment. Do these people even want our money?
Clerks don't pay attention I said I switched Banks but the auto pay is still trying to get monet from the bank I dismissed..
