Why Credit Acceptance need our Google password info just to log in our own account ? Why do you need this info ?

DON'T use credit acceptance, if you have a choice. I used it to purchase a car. I bought the GAP insurance with the loan. Now, how GAP insurance is SUPPOSED to cover the remaining balance of the loan if your car is totaled and the auto insurance payout doesn't cover the entire amount, not with this crooked place. My car was totaled by my insurance company. All the required documents were sent to credit acceptance. When they "finalized" my loan, they were still trying to charge me $532.11.
paying a fee to pay my payment is ridiculous
cant open the app now... put my email and password then try to log in and just keeps me in the log in page doesn't let me make my payment.
App is fairly easy to use dont get me wrong but credit acceptance not so much. Blow up your phone if you are even a day late absolutely ridiculous.
