gave 1 star because of the $3.75 service fee each time they charge to make payments on loans, they already collect interest on.
because how y'all going to text me for using this app to make my payments when you already text the hell out of me with a high interest rate percentage of 23.4. that just seems a little too greedy in this world today. God bless you
I don't like paying the fee when I pay online
tried for months between the bank and credit acceptance to get auto pay working but wont( and no other service do I have an issue but here, even with all correct info.) just told them to stop trying and now make manual payments instead. and it's honestly worked out better on my end this way so far doing it myself
you can be a head on your bill and randomly get dingged on your credit report for late bill. with being a head on bill payments. this company needs new people working for it. it was better until last month who ever is working now messed up.
