Charge a fee to make a payment just greedy
I just created an account yesterday and it won't take my password this is getting really irritating is there anyway I could just call you guys to make payments
The app won't even let me log in. Junk
the processing fee of $3.75 is crazy! nevertheless you can't zell/ or pay them. One cannot make payments without this fee and that is not fair.
These clowns send due notices, like 3 times a month, even thought I'm paperless. They constantly want you to update insurance policies, even thought you never miss a payment..!!!
The app has a boring interface.
after 2 years of payments almost they haven't even offered to lower my interest rate on my car payments or my payment and I've been on time every payment so I would not refer this company to anybody
This company seems to be overcharging me. And they keep putting ke on payment plans that I have not been requesting.
