It never works the way you want it to and having a loan through credit acceptance is one of the worst. They should update their app if they're going to charge such a high interest rate
I'm not sure what happened to the app, but it no longer loads. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and it opens to a blank gray screen. When it worked, it was good.
Just a solid grey screen
Made my payment from this app earlier this month, no problem. Went to try and get a balance left to pay it off and can't get in. I even uninstalled and re-installed nothing. If this place wants their money, they better get it fixed!!!!

This app rarely works
I've been using this app for months and its worked just fine and had an update. And now when I click on the app, all I get is a white screen, I have uninstalled and reinstalled, and it still does the same thing highly disappointed cause I don't like calling in to make my car payments.
App does not work...it's just a grey screen. I've uninstalled and installed... still not working
