I was happy with them when Kylie was there but since she has left I have not received the service that I am paying for so I just closed my account. Kylie kept in touch with me through email and also she would text me regularly to keep me up to date. I really miss her. It was a good company until she left. It's been 3 months and NOTHING has been done with my T U scores. They say they can't get into my account and I've called T U and told them exactly what CIG told me to...at least 3 times already!
