I think this is a scam. We haven't heard from Daniel Dockstader except for when the payment is due. Haven't answered our questions now his number and email are not excepting anything. Texts and emails return with "not available or wrong number" I'm over it. i can do this myself.

IG does the work you have asked them to do and there is a place for them in the market. If you want to sign up with someone and have them fix the problem CIG may be a good choice for you. However the next time something is wrong on your credit report you will need to leave it there or hire someone again to help you. These people are HORRIBLE !!! DO Not use then. They make false promises like telling you they can make your credit file confidential so no one can see anything Negative on it FALSE!! I got suckered into using them when I called what they said was a number for FHA loans for low credit score . The person passed himself off as working for the FHA, HE reviewed my credit said my score was to low at this time but he knows some people who can fix it. Then he transfers me to these people. My credit score went up a little but Daniel’s communication about what he was doing and the progress was horrible. They wanted me to keep paying without the communication. I have asked several times for him to return my phone calls and as of today he still hasn’t. Told them not to take anything out of my account until I spoke with him and as of today he still hasn’t contacted me. Will be canceling my service on tomorrow.
I've only been with them about a month and a half and everything they do is positive. Patience is definitely key of which I lack but Reuben responds to my ignorance with God speed. Be patient and make your payments they will do the rest......count on it!
