This company is a scam. I had the most horrible experience with them. I saw them on Facebook and I called them, I spoke to a guy call Caleb, I explained to him that I was looking for a debt consolidation company, he answered you are are at the right company, not only we can help you with that, we can help you with more. He charged $19 to pull all my debtors which I only had one collection. Then he told he cannot get into more details he has to refer me to a analyst. I just wanted to take a moment to speak with you about Isreal at Credit innovation Group. He is extremely knowledgeable professional, and he really goes and beyond to educate and to help his consumers and clients. I would recommend his services to anyone and everyone that I know.
DO NOT use this company. They litterly will not do one thing to fix your credit besides send so called letters to creditors then charge 129.00 for doing nothing. Then when you cancel they will still charge your card and claim it is for some bogus work that they haven’t even done, and claim that you didn’t cancel in time. Credit score will not change. This place was recommended but now I see it’s not worth it! Beware they say they help you but they won’t I had two people tell me they know how my situation is and that I can move my payment for the fee up and they didn’t wait they went ahead and charged another card I used when I asked to charge the one on file for that payment because my other ones is for bills. Needless to said they did what they did and now I’m short on pay to pay my bills. I called asking for a refund and they said they can’t because I kept moving it up... read more
