I contacted Credit9 on july 4th. I was able to chat with a machine. I left my message and the following morning 8am east coast time I was contacted by *********************. I explained I needed to move my payment date back from the 17th to the 22nd. It only took a few moments and it was completed with a follow-up email letting me know it was permanently changed. I highly recommend Credit9 and ******** if you have finanicial issues. They care and they will work for you and not treat you like a number.
