Wow, great job all around by this team! Easy onboarding, easy to get in contact with communication wise, and a great transition into loan. It was great to be able to pay it off early as well, and all the time done with customer service and a smile you could hear on the other end of the line. *********************** really helped me through this last leg of journey, thank you ***** and Credit9!
***** C from Credit 9 has been very helpful and upfront about the loan I would be getting and how it works. It's hi interest but what else could I do at this point, my creditors are paid off and I'm on my way back. She did tell me that I should look to refinance the loan in the future so that's what I hope to do.Dealing with ******** and Credit 9 has been professional and friendly. If people want to complain about them start by looking in the mirror, I'm in the situation I'm in due to my own actions.

They tell you everything that is going on during the process. Not one creditor harassed me as I followed their instructions. *********************** was prompt on the final settlements and lead me through the final stages. Creditors are paid and I'll be free of all payments within 4 years. Just be patient.
