THIS HAS BEEN A LONG PROCESS. I HAVE CALLED WITH SO MANY QUESTIONS, AND ALWAYS SUCH NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE. TODAY I HAD TO CALL ABOUT SOMETHING AND I SPOKE WITH *********************** SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL. I KNOW THAT SOMETIMES MY QUESTIONS WERE DUMB, BUT THEY NEVER MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS STUPID. IT IS A STRESSFUL; PROCESS, BUT WITH THIS KIND OF PERSONAL SERVICE IT REALLY HELPS A LOT.

Credit9 is very professional and able to process loans efficiently with document uploads and electronic signatures. They really hustle and leverage technology to make the process as painless as possible, the whole process took less than 2 days and I'd like to thank ******* for making that happen.

This company has been incredibly helpful as I went through a difficult path out of credit card debt. Every representative was extremely helpful, thoroughly answered my many questions and were always professionals in their communication with me.

The program works as stated. Register your debts, they make settlement arrangements and the debts get paid off. Your credit takes a nosedive but this is all explained.Be on time for a year and everything is rolled into a loan with a moderate interest rate to help you rebuild. The process was simple and works. Definitely recommend to those that are struggling with too much debt.
