I really appreciate this company for all the help. They are a debt consolidation company and they will close your cards/accounts that you want settled so make sure youre in the place for that. Everyone was upfront with me from the beginning and i knew what to expect every step. Credit 9 has followed through with every obligation I was promised from the beginning of my debt settlements. If I left an email or voice mail it was responded to promptly. Everyone was courteous and professional. I was never kept "in the dark" about what was going on with my account as I had access to all documentation. I highly recommend their services!
