Easy process and Good Customer service. However, I could not get a full loan to consolidate my debt to one monthly payment, because Credit 9 does not work with Navy Federal Credit Union. Because of this I had to decline 2 small offers and continue to search elsewhere.
The service helps you feel at ease throughout the entire program and has delivered on every aspect of what was presented to me.
