I am choosing the 3 star review based on my skepticism, not due to the professionalism of the exchange so far. The associate I spoke with was very kind, not pushy at all, and did precisely what he said he would. As far as the marketing and advertising goes, I do believe that the offer in the mail was deceptive, but all of the debt consolidation companies and credit cards do the same. They all say "pre-approved" and they, almost all of them, structure the graphics of the offer to appear as if it is a check. Although I don't a... read more

My mother asked me to leave a review for Credit9 as she said they really went above and beyond to help her. She is older and isn't the best at using computers or technology and the person helping her (she doesn't remember her name) was soo sweet and patient with her. She was very happy with her help and had a great experience!

Praise the Lord! Credit9 saved me from a major disaster! I own a trucking company and both my trucks went down...so i wasn't able to pull any of my loads and worst of all I was stuck out in the middle of a delivery. Money was tied up in fixing one of my trucks and was banking on this load drop off for my next check and the truck went down! they were able to get me the loan while I was out on the road and saved the day!

Expected a good rate....received a good rate. I sent my cousin to use Liberty1 Financial and he was also approved ( not as good as a rate as his credit isn't as good as mine). Good process and nothing out of the norm.
