Heather O******** is the best! I received a mailer and was very skeptical until I called. Heather explained the entire process with me and gave me examples as to how this will help me be debt free in 3 years. Very intelligent and no pushing or ever did I feel like this was a bad thing. My loan processor Amber was nothing but a sweetheart. She went out of the way to gather all my documents in a timely manner so as I can get the funding I needed in less than 3 days,
The terms that they offered me and my family are flexible and allowed us to pay that 4 daunting cards that we had for the last 5 years
They were very helpful. The rate is significantly lower than my 3 crediut cards combined. Helps me start saving again
I am very pleased with the whole process. I can't say enough good things to the people here at Credit9 who helped me start this year on the right track. I was paying my six credit cards for the last 5 years and its like a never ending web of hell paying the minimum and robbing peter to pay paul was my life. However, the process as I am working through it has been nothing but professional with times for follow up adhered to; information related to me professionally handled and completely - and I do mean completely - explained.
