I applied for a loan with Credit9 on Tuesday and had funds available on Friday. I was happy with the rate I received but was more pleased with the customer service and professionalism displayed.

I was approved and received funding from Credit9 and was happy with the service provided. I was hoping for a slightly better rate but I wasn't approved at my local bank and it was only slightly higher than I was expected so its not too bad. I am saving a lot of money consolidating with them so I am thankful!

I was working with another company to get a loan and it was a mess! They kept coming back requesting additional information and giving me the run around. I finally gave Credit9 a chance and it was a lot smoother transaction and process. happy I switched over to Credit9!

Great Customer service experience. I am not a very trusting person especially if I dont see you face to face. I must of grilled the representative at Credit9 harder than i've grilled anyone before. I was very comfortable moving forward with the way he handled my questions etc. I am very happy working with Credit9

I am choosing the 3 star review based on my skepticism, not due to the professionalism of the exchange so far. The associate I spoke with was very kind, not pushy at all, and did precisely what he said he would. As far as the marketing and advertising goes, I do believe that the offer in the mail was deceptive, but all of the debt consolidation companies and credit cards do the same. They all say "pre-approved" and they, almost all of them, structure the graphics of the offer to appear as if it is a check. Although I don't a... read more
