Spacious rooms
I was greeted warm and kindly by both the staff,(Melody), and a couple of the tenants who seemed to be equally excited about meeting me and welcoming me to the neighborhood!
When I explained the Medical Situation with my Daughter, and why I was moving to Hickory; she was very understanding, sympathetic and just professional.
The experience with Melody and Mia was great. But the online application process was difficult and we ended up returning to the Creekside office for assistance. And Melody walked us through it and made it all come together for us. She was terrific !
