The experience with Melody and Mia was great. But the online application process was difficult and we ended up returning to the Creekside office for assistance. And Melody walked us through it and made it all come together for us. She was terrific !

I will be moving to North Carolina in June of 2024 to be near family. I am visiting my son and went to look at apartments. I visited 15 complexes this week and Melody was the only one who took my information and gave me a tour. She went out on a cold, wet day to give me a tour of the complex and an apartment. She even answered my somewhat crazy questions. She has moved Creekside to the top of my list. I just do not look at the apartment but the people who manage the office. Melody was friendly and professional.
