Worst first impression of any place I’ve visited The staff was more focused about the rough day they had and clocking out then giving me the time of day. As much as I loved the community, i would never sign a lease here if that is the type of atmosphere the office has on a regular basis.

Awesome place to live! I want to say the staff here is on top of everything and great to work with! I have lived here for over 6 months and wanted to give it some time to really experience living here and I have to say the entire staff is so on top of everything from always keeping the hallways clean and carpets always clean, to always being so responsive. Read the contract Be sure to read your contract carefully. Ours was wrong from the beginning. We moved out 2 months early and continued to pay our rent, plus utilities, trash and pet fee. No exceptions were made. I asked to have the trash removed from the last bill since we had not been there for 2 months. They refused. Greed makes the world go round.

Like being on a cruise ship (in a good way) My daughter got a new job in Raleigh and since I, her mother, am retired we got a two bedroom so I could visit. I did not come on the apartment search, but she said I would love it, it was like being on a cruise ship with a health club, library, pool (and long hallways) and is well maintained. Our unit is brand new, large, open and bright. Everyone has been great. Love the large patio overlooking a courtyard, and the fountains lull us to sleep at night. 1 Year Resident Review My partner and I moved into Creekside at the end of May 2017. We absolutely love it here! We went through a lot of the construction and, even though construction did create some inconveniences back then, it was worth it to us to be the first to live in a unit and to have a great selection of units to choose from. The team here did all they could to make things go smoothly and communicate things in advance.
