Dirty Apartments and no maintenance This community is in a great location and has lots of extras - but cleanliness is not one of them. When I moved in the apartment was filthy. You name it - oven, shower, toilet, etc. I complained to the office and housekeeping was sent up straight away and was informed they DO NOT clean: ovens, mirrors, showers, tubs, windows and floors. New to Raleigh, My First Apartment My experience with Creekside so far could not be better. My daughter moves to Raleigh Our daughter will be moving to Raleigh this week to start a new job. We had one day to find an apartment with her on our weekend visit from Connecticut. Creekside at Crabtree was her choice after seeing 6 other places. The facility is new, the amenities are superb, the units had everything she needed and wanted, and they were very clean. Enjoying the property. I have been on site since October. Staff has been very professional and accommodating. My townhouse was not complete on the scheduled move in date, but they went out of their way to make everything work. The planned activities are a nice touch and I like the quiet setting. I am very pleased with my decision to lease here and plan to renew my lease.
Very Impressed! Me, my boyfriend and our 2 dogs moved into a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse about a month ago. I have so many good things to say about this property and staff. I looked at the townhouse we currently live in while it was under construction almost a year ago. I never imagined that the the property and amen ties would be this wonderful. Loving it so far! I haven't been here long so I can't give a full 5 stars yet but so far I'm loving my apartment here. The design and architecture is beautiful inside and out. Safety is a top priority for me so I love that it has a gated parking garage and the mid-level style building makes me feel very safe. Still under construction - avoid for now Overall, I think it will be a nice place to live once construction is completed and operating procedures are all in place. This property has potential, but because it is still under construction, it is not a satisfying place to live right now. Dirt and mud everywhere, trash flying around, dirty parking garage, constant & lengthy fire alarm testing, loud trucks driving by, hard on your pets...give them time to complete and then check it out.
