High Quality Apartments in the perfect location This is by far one of the nicest apartment complexes I have stayed in and it was nice to witness the various improvements over time as a tenant. From the outside, the apartments are beautiful with a nice color theme but once you've seen the upgraded units, it definitely adds to the beauty. Review I have enjoyed living at this complex for the past 10 years. Mainly because the property is kept clean. I feel safe and the location has easy access to Hwy 290, Hwy 183 and I-35. The manager is very friendly and Liz the assistant manager is very nice, concerned and very professional. She schedules my repair issues asap. The maintenance guys, with accuracy, make repairs and clean the area after the job is completed. The fun part of living here is that they celebrate main holidays, with some kind of activity. Great Quality And Value! We took a unit that had been recently renovated with vinyl flooring, stainless appliances, and washer/dryer included. Although not in the heart of the action, it is under 10 minutes to downtown which is incredible for the price and quality of this apartment. Maintenance is great as is the management that runs the property. I have been happy here for 6 months. With the potential to save thousands over your lease term compared to similar nearby properties, it is worth a strong look in my opinion.
Cornerstone Apartments Love the property, gated security entrance, on site doggy park, and comfortable clubhouse /cabana area , it is Amazing. Up to date renovations, spacious (like a house) reasonably priced. Moments away from 2 major freeways, and minutes away from downtown and all that the city has to offer. This is the place to live ! 5 Star Apartments Been living here for 2 years and getting ready to sign for another year. The apartments are modern and have thick walls. Which are great because you don't hear the neighbors. Has a clean and kept up pool and dog park area. Staff and residents are friendly. Location is great access to Hwys 290 and 183. Just a 15 minute drive to downtown Austin. Safe place to live if you are single or raising a family.
