Good service, nice people. The only issue I might have is that I purchased tires from these nice folks less than two years ago and a little disappointed that I have had to pay for tire rotation last couple of visits. In all fairness, I have forgotten to inquire about it.
Check engine light came on car so I called Shawn Barron to schedule appointment. He got me a loaner and fixed the problem in a couple days.
We had a great experience buying our 2021 Escalade. We got everything we asked for to seal the deal. David and Gusten were very helpful.
Jordan is very enthusiastic in showing us different options of the model we are considering. He’s also very helpful in connecting us with the business and service people. Overall, everyone at the dealership is professional. We have a positive experience and will recommend it to others.
First off I’d like to say Logan McPherson customer service was exceptional friendly and listened. Then took action in getting all my questions and concerns answered. If feel the other person I was assign to did the bare minimum. The touch paint job I received was very below average this time compared to other visits. As I’ve been a customer over 10 years
The salesman Omar and his manager Bruce succeeded in finding the right car for me. Both showed courtesy, knowledge, and patience. Gustin displayed the same excellence in his training techniques to set up all the apps. I am extremely satisfied with the XT5 I bought from Crest today.
Greg (service advisor) was amazing throughout the process. We brought the vehicle in on Wednesday of last week and he updated us of the status when necessary throughout the entire process

Professional staff that is very accommodating. Easy to schedule service with. Both Shawn and Paul strive to “WOW” their customers. Even though the past few Cadillac’s were purchased from another dealership I “choose” to have my service done at Crest.
