Good job, excellent
We ended up visiting the dealership and purchased the car from Bret. Really good experience, no pressure, easy to deal with. The person who originally responded to my inquiry wasn't really interested in helping but closing a deal. The sales mgr sent automated emails and wasn't even aware we've purchased the car from them. A little research would go a long way. But we were happy with Bret and decided to close to move forward, although another dealership had the same car at a lesser cost.
